Be'cozz International Inc., maker of Porterline products, warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product will be free of defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If defective, return the product along with the proof of the date of purchase, postage prepaid, for replacement or refund at our option. Replacement product and parts may be new or used. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from unauthorized modification, accident, misuse, abuse, airline mishandling or arising under normal wear and tear. Consequential demages are not covered under this warranty agreement.

Burton
Burton offers a lifetime warranty on all non-stand bag products. Such bag is fully warranted to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the bag. If the bag fails due to a manufacturing defect Burton will repair the bag at no charge or replace it at our option. Fading due to excessive sun exposure is not covered by this warranty as well as damage by accident or improper care. In those instances where Burton is not at fault, Burton will repair the bag for a reasonable charge.


Sweet Spot
Sweet Spot Hard Sided Travel Cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the original owner. Any defects in workmanship will be covered. We will repair or replace any product found to be defective. Damages due to accident, improper care, negligence or normal wear, where Sweet Spot Travel cases are not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge. All locks and wheels have been made field replaceable and will be supplied to you at no charge, a simple phone call is all it takes. Replacement parts take just minutes to install.
