Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price to the original method of payment used (original credit card, Pay Pal, etc…) AceGolfTravelBags.com reserves the right to assess a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping.

No products may be returned without an RMA number from AceGolfTravelBags.com. To obtain an RMA number, please send and email to customer service at custserv@acegolftravelbags.com or call us at 1-866-727-9555. Items shipped without an RMA number from AceGolfTravelBags.com will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received was the wrong product, defective, or damaged.

We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

We do not accept returns on any custom embroidery items. If an Embroidered item arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange the item for you.

Free ground shipping applies to all orders over $75 shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states of the United States. Sales tax: Because we have a shipping location in Washington, DC we are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped within District of Columbia.

If your order is placed by 2:00 PM EST on weekdays and your items are in stock, we will do everything we can to ensure is goes out the same day or within 24 hours..
