To cancel an order you must contact customer service at 1-866-727-9555 or send an email to custserv@acegolftravelbags.com to obtain a cancellation number. Order cancellations must be received prior to shipment of order.

If an order is refused, by a customer, the cost of shipping to the customer and back to the shipping origination will be the responsibility of the customer.

Although we continue to strive for our pricing on this site totally free of errors as much as possible, it is still possible that we can have some items incorrectly priced. For accuracy, prices are confirmed at the time of shipment. acegolftravelbags is not responsible for and does not honor pricing errors.

In the event an item was incorrectly priced, we will handle the situation as follows:

  1. If the actual price is lower than the posted price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product(s) to you. Of course, the overpaid amount will be credited to your account.
  2. If the actual price is higher than the posted price, we will inform you of the pricing error that affect your order before your order is processed so you can decide whether to continue with the order.

We back this practice with an unconditional guarantee of all merchandise sold by acegolftravelbags.com for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund of purchase price so long as it is unused and in its original packaging.  

The following products may NOT be returned: 

  1. Used or altered merchandise.
  2. Custom/special order items that are not regular stock items at original product manufacturers. For example, all left-handed Golf products are special order items for most of manufacturers.
  3. Personalized items.
  4. Demo items.
  5. Closeout items.
    Defective Products: Any defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs will be paid by acegolftravelbags. Shipping of replacement items will be regular surface shipping.

Damaged Goods    Top of Page

If the package looks damaged, inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. 

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call our Customer Service at 1-866-727-9555. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and acegolftravelbags immediately.

AceGolfTravelBags.com provides quality products from reputable manufacturers. All products, unless otherwise specified, include a manufacturer warranty against damage and defect. Some products due to sales or close-outs, may be sold as is. Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer. Shipping Errors    Top of Page

All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 10 days of the invoice date. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your packing slip to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay.

Returns Process    Top of Page

  1. Call AceGolfTravelBags.com or email info@acegolftravelbags.com to obtain Return Authorization Number. 
  2. Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with the original hang tags attached. 
  3. Write the RMA Number clearly on the shipping label, along with your name and return address. If we receive a box without the RMA number posted on the outside of the box, we will have to refuse receiving the delivery.
  4. Ship the returns to the address as instructed at the time when RMA number is issued to you. This is because items drop shipped from original manufacturers may have to be sent to the manufacturer. Shipping charges must be prepaid. (Items shipped  C.O.D. will not be accepted.). We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.
  5. Upon receiving of returns refunds will be promptly credited to your account -- typically within 1 - 3 business days -- based on the original method of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise and any taxes AceGolfTravelBags collected, excluding shipping costs [When exchanging items, actual shipping cost will be charged.].

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number:
No Products may be returned to AceGolfTravelBags.com without an RMA Number from AceGolfTravelBags.com. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact AceGolfTravelBags customer service at custserv@acegolftravelbags.com or call us at 1-866-727-9555. Items shipped without an RMA Number from AceGolfTravelBags.com will not be accepted.
